Children's Church Event on March 23, 2025: A Day of Faith, Family and Fun

On March 23, 2025, our Children's Church held its much-anticipated event, and it turned out to be a wonderful day filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful lessons. Children, parents, and grandparents all gathered to enjoy a variety of activities, from fun games to engaging musical performances. The theme of the day revolved around understanding the concept of faith, and the event delivered on every front.

A Fun-Filled Atmosphere

The atmosphere was electric as families streamed into the church, excited about what the day held. Children were greeted with colorful decorations and cheerful music, setting the tone for an uplifting experience. Music and games kicked off the festivities, allowing kids to engage in recreational activities that not only entertained but also fostered teamwork and community.

Learning About Faith

The main lesson of the day revolved around the theme of faith. Pastor Coffey led this session, sharing both a poignant message and a delightful demonstrations. Using a glass of water and a piece of cardboard, he illustrated the principle of faith in a way that was both fun and memorable. The demonstration involved flipping the glass upside down without holding the cardboard and it stayed securely in place, seemingly defying gravity.

Although, the demonstration did not fully go as planned—Pastor Coffey wiggled slightly, and the water spilled everywhere - it did work! This unforgettable moment served as a reminder that while faith might sometimes feel shaky, it’s an unseen force that is powerful!
